Membership Rules:

I request and accept the following conditions ruling membership to Otayo:
-         Rs 400 Individual annually
-         Rs 700 Couple annually
-         Rs 1000 Family (Maximum 2 Adults + 3 Children) annually
-         Delivery of 1 passport-size photo
-         Presentation of the applicant(s)’s Identity card or passport

Underage applicants need a written approval as well as a signature on their membership form from their guardians.

Otayo Ltd will deliver as from beginning of 2005 a personalized card, benefiting only the member, and giving the following advantages:
-         6 newsletters per year, presenting the upcoming events, and a retrospective of passed ones
-         Reductions on specified events ticket price
-         More advantages will later be added

The member agrees to call our hotline (Tel. 466 99 99) for reservations of his/her tickets, and to come to one of our kiosks for delivery of these tickets. A reserved ticket not fetched within an agreed time frame will be cancelled and will be sold to someone else. The time frame is set by the organizer of the event and not by Otayo, but will be communicated to the customers during reservation.

Membership to Otayo is valid for 1 year (12 months as from signature date) and is subject to a tacit renewal. It is understood that renewal in such a case will be carrying the conditions ruling the new membership period.

The member will be alerted two months before expiry date of the membership period, and will be able to cancel the membership on the anniversary date. If not cancelled, membership will automatically be renewed, and the member will be given one month to pay his/her annual fees.

Membership advantages are valid only in Mauritius and until the day specified on the card. All mailings will be posted only to a Mauritian address.

All ticket reservation for an event that takes place after the member’s card validity period implies first a membership renewal in order to benefit members’ only advantages.

The applicant declares not to be applying for another membership from Otayo or another renewal other that this current one.

All requested information is compulsory at the exception of telephone numbers and should be correct. In case of missing or illegible information, the application will be rejected. By providing an email address, the applicant accepts to receive emails from Otayo. At any time, the applicant will be able to ask to be removed from such communication by emailing his/her request to us at the following address: info@otayo.com.
